With more than 150 years of historical significance in the story of Cava, Bodegas Langa is a winery to know. Founded in 1867, the winery is currently helmed by the 5th generation of the Langa family. Bodegas Langa is the oldest winery in the DO and has been a leader in viticulture and agricultural improvements over the years and were the first commercial winery to switch from bulk wine production in 1954 when Juan Jose Langa Fuentes and his sister, Maria Teresa Langa Fuentas took over. The winery ows some truly spectacular vineyards ranging in elevation from 600-800 meters. The vineyards are well over 100 years old. This winery is a true sleeper for quality and value.
