Founded in 2011 by three friends: Pilar Esteve, José Ramón Doménech and Joan B. Llobell in Fontanars dels Alforins, in the Valencian subzone of Clariano. Pilar runs this show though and is the only partner working daily at the winery and in the vineyard and she is drilling everything down to its smallest unit. Producing just 11,000 bottles between 4 wines, she works different every vineyard in multiple little plots and vinifies each separately. Everything is done by hand. All wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered. Only native yeasts.
