in 1999, after a life time of working for other wineries, Jordi Miro founded his own winery with a 5ha vineyard in Spain’s Terra Alta DO. Jordi has been growing grapes and making wine since he was a child and represents the 4th generation of his family to grow grapes and make wine in Spain. Jordi dry farms organically and uses only native yeasts. Jordi picks different grapes and different plots at varying degrees of ripeness to maintain the freshness he is after and ferments some of the lots whole cluster. We will be regularly stocking his Ennak+ Crianza. Garnacha Blanca will be available a couple of times a year.
