Sylvain et Christophe is a partnership of two friends who wanted to change a little bit the idea of Bordeaux and farming in Bordeaux. After meeting in 2014 they had combined their land and resources by 2015 to create their new winery. They have achieved organic certification in most of their vineyards and the remaining hectares are in conversion. All vines are dry farmed organically. They use native yeasts and all wines are aged in concrete tanks. The wines are bright, fresh, and pure with great finesse and fruit. Very small production.
