Togni Rebaioli

Togni Rebaioli

Enrico Togni is one of the most interesting people I have met in Italy. He is also the last grower of a native grape known as Erbanno in all of Italy. He also moves his sheep around his 3ha farm in an old 4x4 Fiat Panda- there is so much to love about Enrico, his family, and their wines. He farms a small piece of land in Valcominica way up in the hills of Lombardia. It is hard to describe the place, the people, or the wines, but, that is why we are bringing them here to you. We will start with his Rosato, made from Erbanno. Over the next 12 months we will be bringing in more of his wines including the sparkling wines and the still red wines. Production is tiny: we’ve only got 240 bottles of the Rosato and we will continue to get very small amounts of these wines as he increases his production very slowly. Don't miss out on these wines. There is a reason Enrico left law school to save Erbanno and farm in Valcomonica. We invite you to discover those reasons by tasting his wines.
